I am so pleased to say that I have moved into a nice home with two fellow University for Peace students. One student is Hilja Tuori from Norway. She was born in Norway, but spent most of her time in Australia studying multiculturalism and journalism. She has taught me how to make Norwegian rice pudding and call oatmeal—porridge. I took her with me to Miami for a short week after she told me she has never visited the United States, and I am happy to say all of the negative images and stereotypes she had about the United States suddenly disappeared in that week. I am honored.
I also live with a wonderful person named Mustapha Sediu from Ghana. Mustapha lived with me when I first arrived here in the family home, but I invited him to move in with the two of us after I left. Mustapha is a wonderful, kind person that studies in the Environmental Security Program at the University. Prior to attending the university, he worked as Regional Director of Environmental Affairs in Ghana pertaining to the use of Bamboo.
We moved into a nice gated community, where will live in a two-story Spanish styled house. We are forcing Mustapha to learn how to cook and Hilja for the first time washed her clothes and literally made her finger bleed to death. We need to work on Hilja's domestic skills.
New pictures are coming SOON!!!
